Server rules and regulations

Section I - General Rules

Server Advertising: Advertising another project (server) similar in nature through private messages, in-game mail, guild chat, "/say", "/yell", all global communication channels, character emotions, and other means of interaction. When using full names and links. Any mention of other servers and direct or indirect calls to go there are considered advertising.
Punishment: from 30 days account ban to permanent ban.

Arena Win Trading: Organizing or participating in arranged arena matches where one team intentionally loses the match, logging into arena from multiple windows with the same IP addresses, and similar activities.
Punishment: permanent ban on all accounts and IP.

Crash Link: Publishing an item in public chat that causes an emergency closure (crash) of the player's game client when clicked.
Punishment: First time - warning, subsequent - from 10 days account ban and further, at the discretion of the Game Master.

Illegal Acquisition of In-Game Currency: Using an NPC that allows obtaining in-game currency or any other similar method.
Punishment: 10 days account ban, and all in-game currency found on the researcher's IP will be removed.

Illegal Acquisition of Argast-Coins Currency: any methods of obtaining donation currency for an account, except direct balance top-up, token redemption, or voting, are prohibited.
Punishment: permanent ban of all user accounts and IP with currency removal.

Transfer of Argast-Coins Currency: any actions aimed at transferring bonuses by a user from several of their accounts to the main one, or any transfers of bonuses between their own accounts, are prohibited.
Punishment: permanent ban of all user accounts and IP with currency removal.

Healing/Resurrecting Players of the Opposite Faction: Healing or resurrecting players of the opposite faction who are not in your raid group, dungeon, or sanctuary.
Punishment: 1 day account ban.

Colored Text: Using colored text in chat is prohibited, intentional (prolonged) use of colored text will be considered fraud.
Punishment: 15 days account ban.

Inactivity in Battlegrounds: Consecutive inactivity (AFK / away) in battlegrounds, hiding with character, non-participation in battle, and similar activities to obtain easy honor points.
Punishment: First time - warning, then 3 days account ban.

Section II - Virtual Property and Trading

Attempts to sell or exchange any virtual property of the ARGAST game server for real currency outside of in-game auction systems of the "black" market and the server's own character auction, using forums, websites, and other means of communication, as well as bypassing standard trading systems in the game itself - is strictly prohibited and will be punished with permanent ban.

Account Sale
Punishment: Permanent account ban.

Argast Coins Bonus Sale
Punishment: Permanent account ban.

In-Game Gold and Other In-Game Currency Sale
Punishment: Permanent account ban.

Offering In-Game Services in Exchange for Real Currency.
Punishment: Permanent account ban.

Account Exchange: Attempts to exchange accounts between players are prohibited to avoid fraud and subsequent disputes.
Punishment: 30 days account ban.

Note: Never give your credentials to anyone! If someone tries to convince you to give them your login and password - immediately report this malicious person to us. If you transfer your account to trusted persons, when violations are committed, manipulations with all data stored there, you are fully responsible for the actions of these persons.

Section III - Courtesy and Social Rules

Manifestation of Racism and Discrimination Against Players: Any type of statement regarding skin color, race, culture, country of residence, religion, political views, or sexual orientation is considered discriminatory. This behavior is unacceptable, even if the statement was made in a joking manner.
Punishment: from 15 minutes of game chat ban up to permanent account ban.

Erotic and Pornographic Materials: Any type of erotic or pornographic materials, such as: sexual comments, links to websites with pornographic content, or the images/videos themselves, etc., are prohibited from posting. Even if used for pranks or jokes.
Punishment: 15 minutes of game chat ban.

Impersonating a Project Employee.
Punishment: 10 days account ban, and permanent ban is also possible. (Note: Impersonating a project employee for the purpose of stealing credentials will result in permanent ban.)

Sabotage: Negative interference in an event, game event, server employee work with players, ignoring warnings for hooliganism.
Punishment: 10 days account ban.

Disrespect to Employee: Manifestation of disrespect to the Server Administration or a specific project employee and disregard for their behavioral recommendations.
Punishment: 10 days account ban, and permanent ban is also possible.

Anti-Propaganda: any manifestation of negativity towards the quality and features of the game or server, forming a negative opinion about the project directly or indirectly.
Punishment: First violation - warning. Further - 10 days account ban, and permanent ban is also possible.

Damage to Account Content: including characters, interface or in-game settings, spreading links and commands disguised as something else (/gquit, for example), which leads to character damage or harm to game progress.
Punishment: from 2 weeks to permanent account ban.

Public Criticism of Decisions Made by Project Employees.
Punishment: Game chat ban for 10 days.

Defamation: complaints and conflict resolution should be on the forum. Accusing other players in chat, where evidence cannot be examined, instead of bringing the case to the complaints section on the forum, damaging reputation, and similar intrigues.
Punishment: from 5 to 30 days account ban. For ignoring warnings - permanent.

Deceiving Employees: Providing false information to Administrators and/or Game Masters.
Punishment: from 5 to 30 days account ban.

Begging: Annoying begging for various benefits, item distribution, and similar from any Administration employees.
Punishment: from 5 to 30 days ban on all accounts and IP.

Spam: Spam requests for gold and level increase and similar to game masters.
Punishment: 30 minutes of game chat ban. (Note: If you found a game bug, do not spam in chat.
Please create a topic on the bug tracker, where you can describe everything in the correct and detailed format.)

Incitement: provocation of other players to any types of rule violations on the server, bugging dungeons and raids, win trading in PvP.
Punishment: from 5 to 30 days account ban. In severe cases, equated to server sabotage and punished with permanent ban.

Offensive/Vulgar Nickname: creating a character with a name containing vulgar context or insult, as well as unreadable nicknames and nicknames assembled from random character combinations.
Punishment: forced rename. On repeat - account ban for a period from 5 to 30 days.

Offensive (vulgar, obscene) messages addressed to relatives of another player; Use of veiled lexicon is not a method of avoiding violation in this case. If it is revealed that a player was provoked and responded to your insults, or to other illegal actions against them - all subjects involved in this violation will be punished.
Punishment: Account ban up to 30 days, depending on the severity of the violation.

Section IV - Abuse of Server Errors

Cross-Faction Union: taking a player from the opposite faction into a guild or group (excluding cases when the Game Master himself gathers a group for an event or other activity).
Punishment: 7 days account ban for all group members, 10 days account ban for group leader. Guilds with characters of different factions will be disbanded without compensation for bank contents.

Intentional (prolonged) Use of Server Errors and Shortcomings to Achieve Various Positive Effects: Positive effect (buff) "Berserk" and similar.
Punishment: from 15 days account ban to permanent.

Bug Abuse: Intentional (prolonged) use of server errors and shortcomings to gain advantage in arenas and battlegrounds, in battles with world bosses and in dungeons of any difficulty; Abuse of positive effects (buffs) or collecting positive effects of the same characteristic, using items not intended for PvP\PvE battles; Intentional (prolonged) use of server shortcomings (bugs) that seriously undermine the game process. (Note: Reports will be considered only when evidence (photos, videos) of the violation is provided.)
Punishment: permanent ban on all accounts and IP.

Power Kill: Killing alone bosses of top raids (for example, Icecrown Citadel, Trial of the Crusader, Ulduar) is equated to intentional use of server errors and shortcomings to gain advantage and profit.
Punishment: from 15 days account ban to permanent.

Intentional Use of Any Errors and Shortcomings That Lead to Emergency Server Closure (Crash).
Punishment: permanent ban on all accounts and IP.

Section V - Communication Channel Rules

Insults, profanity, swearing directed at other players or just into the void, manifestations of rudeness or disrespect in world chat and other quarrels are prohibited.
Punishment: 30 minutes of game chat ban.

Spam / Flood are prohibited.
Punishment: 60 minutes of game chat ban.

Caps (messages composed in uppercase)
Punishment: First violation - warning. Next - 60 minutes of game chat ban (on repeat violation 600 minutes).

Section VI - Client Hacking and Use of Third-Party Programs
Use of Third-Party Programs That Violate Gameplay: If you use third-party programs that violate gameplay, such as (Fly / Speed Hack, Multi-Box, etc.), you will be banned.
Punishment: permanent ban on all accounts and IP.

Character Automation: Use of lua scripts, macros, or addons that automatically control your character.Punishment: from 30 days account ban to permanent account and IP ban.

Additional Information
- Character restoration will not be performed if you were hacked: the security of your account is your responsibility.
- By transferring an account to third parties, you are fully responsible for all actions of these persons. Including modification (deletion) of data, rule violations.
- In case of loss of access to your account, the Administration is not authorized to restore data without full confidence in the genuine identity of the player.
- The Administration is not authorized to issue any items (loot), in-game currency (gold), in cases of server crash, any other activity that resulted in data loss. (Loss of mail shipments, exchange between characters, loot from creatures, etc.)
- Any attempt to violate the provided rules will result in your account being banned for the specified period.
- Repeated violation of server rules entails more serious punishment, up to permanent ban of account and IP address.
- Any attempt to bribe an employee to remove the ban on your account will result in permanent IP address ban.

Note: The Administration reserves the right to edit and change these rules without notifying users.
