In the "Shop" section of our website, as well as through a special menu directly in the game, you can select various items and services for yourself. In this topic, we have gathered all the information you need to know before purchasing these items.
Refund Terms and Limitations:
- If when purchasing an item or service you mistakenly selected the wrong game world, no refund will be provided.
- If when purchasing an item or service you mistakenly selected the wrong character, no refund will be provided.
- If you purchased the wrong item, service, or anything else, no refund will be provided.
- If after purchase the item was deleted, lost, modified, or used, no refund will be provided.
- If parts or a set of appearance items (transmogrification) were purchased incorrectly, no refund will be provided.
- If you are not satisfied with purchased decorative items, no refund will be provided.
- If after purchase you obtained the same item through gameplay, no refund will be provided.
- The cost of services that apply to multiple characters or the entire account (Premium, for example) is non-refundable.
- Refunds for purchased professions are not possible.
- Refunds during promotions and discounts are not possible.
Additional Information:
- Do not request refunds for active promotions, as they will not be credited or provided.
- Only the project's technical staff can help with shop-related issues. Submit a request through special channels (Discord sections or forum). Game Masters cannot assist you in such situations, so please do not submit tickets.
- We recommend keeping payment receipts when topping up your balance in the shop, as you may be asked to provide them in disputed situations.
- If you encounter issues with purchasing Argast-Coins (payment was made but currency was not credited, or an error occurred during payment and your transaction was blocked), contact the company responsible for processing payments. Our staff does not handle issues related to payment processing. This is handled by the company that processes transactions. Please note that in some cases, payment processing may take 24 to 72 hours, depending on payment traffic, your bank, and payment method.
- Remember that game worlds have gold limits, and take this into account when making purchases.
- When purchasing an item or mount, make sure to free up space in your bags.
- If you purchase something through the shop in your personal account on the website, be sure to log out of the game completely.
- If you purchased a service or item but did not receive it, submit a request on this topic in the special Discord section or forum. Under no circumstances should you make the purchase again, as we will not be able to verify the information and refund your bonuses.
- After clearing the Cache folder, item icons in the in-game shop may display incorrectly. Simply switch between sections, and everything will return to normal.
- For the game world "Forge of Souls" x1, there are no items or services for sale that provide gameplay advantages. We do not sell level boosts, profession boosts, gold, or similar items, so if you purchase such items, they are for the "Thorn Valley" x100 world. Do not make mistakes, as no refunds will be provided.
- By using the shop or simply purchasing Argast Coins currency, you automatically confirm that you are an adult, conscious individual with the right to manage funds at your discretion.
- The project follows an FTP (free to play) concept, meaning it is a free gaming platform. Any donations are made voluntarily and go toward its development.
Additional Paid Services
At the user's request, the website Administration provides additional opportunities for paid services. These allow you to use expanded project features.
Additional paid services are not a mandatory requirement for participation and use of the project.
From the moment funds are debited from the user's account in their personal account, the additional paid service is considered provided in full and of proper quality.
Use of Funds
- After providing an additional paid service, Argast-Coins currency, as well as money spent on its acquisition, are non-refundable.
- The user agrees that the Administration has the right to store personal information obtained when purchasing additional paid services.
- The list of additional paid services and their prices are published only by the Administration on the website/portal, in the personal account, or in in-game systems. Any information and purchase offers for these services on third-party resources are considered fraud, for which the Administration bears no responsibility.
- Methods and possibilities for acquiring additional paid services are explained by the Administration on the website, in the personal account. We are not responsible for payment aggregator fees, but we notify users of possible fees when withdrawing funds from the account.
- The Administration does not provide explanations regarding the operation of payment systems through which the user decided to purchase additional paid services, and is not responsible for their correct operation.
- In case of technical malfunctions of websites or intentional actions by the user, as well as in other cases when additional paid services were provided without full/partial debiting of funds from the user's account, the user is obliged to report this fact to the Administration. After this, the user is obliged to repay the resulting debt.
- The Administration does not reimburse users for unused (partially used) additional paid services.
- The user, at their own expense, independently bears all financial expenses related to acquiring (transferring money) additional paid services. This section includes: fees, charges, and other expenses.
- The user guarantees to the Administration that they have all legal authority and rights to enter into this agreement regarding additional paid services.
- In case of topping up the personal account balance for subsequent acquisition of additional paid services by a user under 18 years of age, they are obliged to obtain prior consent for conducting a financial transaction from legal representatives. The very fact of topping up the personal account balance is confirmation of obtaining such consent from the legal representative. If necessary, the operator has the right to request written confirmation of consent and provision of passport data to determine the user's true age.
- Responsibility for acquiring additional paid services is fully borne by the user and their legal representatives.
- Disputes regarding responsibility for purchasing additional paid services with the project Administration are not permitted.
- Argast-Coins are obtained automatically and only after full payment of their cost.
- In non-standard situations when it is necessary to process a refund to the personal account balance, for example, due to the user not receiving additional paid services from the game server, the User can contact the Administration directly through designated channels on social networks or by email at argast.servers@gmail.com, providing data to identify the payment.
- Refunds are possible in situations when the additional service is purchased directly from the game project (in-game shop, character services, collectible items), and is completely excluded when the transaction is between players themselves (black market auctions, character auctions), when the project acts as a trading platform rather than a direct service provider.
- If a user topped up their balance but bonuses did not arrive for some reason, they can contact us privately, provide payment confirmation, and after checking the logs, the Administration may manually top up the personal account balance. The Administration is not responsible for the operation of payment systems and does not refund money, only Argast-Coins currency.
- In cases where a user topped up their Argast-Coins balance but did not spend them, and within 24 hours of topping up the mentioned amount wishes to return it, the player has the right to request a money refund from the project Administration. In such a situation, the player is obliged to provide payment confirmation in the form of an electronic receipt or statement, and after checking the payment system history, funds will be refunded, minus the internal commission of the payment system.
