Forum rules

Section I - General Rules

1.1 This conference (hereinafter referred to as the forum) is post-moderated, messages are added immediately, and their publication occurs later, after verification by a moderator.

1.2 All messages reflect the opinions of their authors, and the Administration bears no responsibility for them.

1.3 For violation of forum rules, a user may receive the following punishments: warning; temporary or permanent ban of the forum account.

1.4 Personal correspondence in a general topic is considered off-topic. For personal correspondence, there are private messages or special sections (Flood Section).

1.5 Remember that Administrators and Moderators will never ask you to provide any personal data or change them in your profile.

1.6 Communication with the Administration, Forum Moderators and project staff is only through the forum itself and PM (private messages). Do not ask to contact via VK, Telegram, etc.

2. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

2.1. The Administration reserves the right to make any changes to the forum without prior notice to users.

2.2. Ignorance of the rules does not exempt from responsibility for their violation. By logging into the forum, you automatically agree to the rules and undertake to comply with them.

2.3. All forum users must independently monitor changes in the rules.

2.4. The forum Administration is not responsible for cases of damage resulting from being on this forum.

2.5. The Administration is not responsible for temporary or permanent inability to access the forum by a specific person or group of persons.

2.6. The Administration has the right at any time without explanation to terminate access to the forum for a specific user or subnet as a whole.

2.7. The Administration is not obliged to restore forum accounts, messages, or any other information lost by forum users for any possible reason.

2.8. In case of forum malfunctions, the Administration takes necessary actions to restore its functionality in the shortest possible time.

2.9. The account owner is responsible regardless of who performed actions under this account.

2.10. If any provisions of this agreement are violated against a user by other users or a representative of the Administration, the service user has the right to file a complaint, providing evidence of the violation (screenshots, links, etc.).

2.11. The user unconditionally agrees that any texts, materials, photographs, artwork, and other documents voluntarily published by the user on this forum become the property of the Administration and may be used by the Administration at its discretion in promotional campaigns, advertising campaigns, as well as in creating design elements and decorating any projects or partner projects without the User's consent.

2.12. Accounts and all their contents are the property of the forum Administration.

3. Interaction with Forum Administration Representatives

3.1. It is prohibited to contact Administration representatives without extreme necessity. Any appeal to the Administration must contain a clear statement of the problem or question specifically related to the forum's work. (The Administration reserves the right not to answer questions). It is prohibited to bother Administration representatives (repeated messages more than once every two days).
Punishment: warning.

3.2. Disrespectful attitude, threats, pleas, and disputes with Administration representatives are prohibited.
Punishment: from warning to temporary account ban for 7 days.

3.3. Deceiving the Administration is prohibited.
Punishment: from warning to temporary account ban for 7 days.

3.3.1. Deceiving the Administration - defamation: various instigations of intrigues with the aim, for example, to get another player banned using baseless accusations, rigged facts, edited evidence of guilt, speculation.
Punishment: game account ban and forum access restriction for a period equal to the time of the intended punishment of the defamation target.

3.4. It is prohibited to publish conversations or their contents with any Administration representative without prior permission from the latter.
Punishment: from warning to permanent account ban, including game account.

3.5. It is prohibited to spread rumors of any kind, defamation about the forum, Administration, and project.
Punishment: from temporary to permanent account ban.

3.6. In case of disputes, the user has the right to file a complaint, necessarily providing evidence of the violation (screenshots, videos, links, etc.).

3.7. Administration representatives on the forum are distinguished by a special inscription above the avatar.

4. Use of Forum Errors (Bugs)

4.1. Use of forum errors (bugs) is prohibited.
Punishment: from temporary to permanent account ban.

4.2. If you find a new bug, report it to the forum Administration via email. Assistance in finding bugs is encouraged.

5. Accounts

5.1. Unauthorized access to another person's account is prohibited.
Punishment: from temporary account ban for 30 days to permanent ban of the main account and/or ban of game accounts.

5.2. It is prohibited to communicate and leave messages from more than one account on the forum. If you have such second accounts, you can report them, and they will be banned without harm to the main account.
Punishment: from warning to permanent ban of all accounts.

5.3. Names consisting of website addresses, names insulting other users, containing vulgar language, or using more than 70% UPPERCASE letters in long names, numerical nicknames are prohibited.
Punishment: account deletion.

5.4. When creating an account, it is prohibited to use nicknames like "Administrator", "Moderator", etc., as well as the use of forum administrators' and moderators' nicknames and derivatives of their nicknames.

6. Creating Topics (Threads)

6.1. It is prohibited to create topics not related to the section's theme in which they are placed.
Punishment: closing/deletion/moving of the topic and warning to the topic author.

6.2. It is prohibited to "bump" topics 6 months old or older. Bumping topics is allowed only if you have a similar problem, or if the topic is still relevant.
Punishment: warning.

6.3. It is prohibited to "bump" topics by sending meaningless messages (bumping). In some sections, topic bumping may be allowed by internal section rules.
Punishment: warning.

6.4. Discussion of topics closed/deleted by the Administration is prohibited. To contact the Administration regarding game situations, use the Tech Support service.
Punishment: from warning to temporary account ban for 7 days.

6.5. It is prohibited to create several identical messages/topics in multiple topics/sections at once (cross-posting).
Punishment: warning.

6.6. It is prohibited to create topics with any requests (direct and indirect, in the form of links, videos, etc.) for help not related to this forum's theme. For example, fundraising for the sick, signature collection, calls to participate in elections, voting for someone, and the like.
Punishment: from warning to temporary account ban for 7 days.

6.7. Creating messages and signatures in UPPERCASE or mixed uppercase and lowercase letters ("lIkE tHiS"), excessive text highlighting to attract attention with bold, italic, underline, color different from the standard forum message color, font, font size is prohibited.
Punishment: from warning to temporary account ban for 1 day.

6.8. Advertising websites and any distribution of links to any third-party resources not related to the Argast server or the game itself.
Punishment: account ban.

7. Posting Messages

7.1. Leaving messages not related to the topic ("off-topic"), carrying no semantic load ("flood"), excessive use of capital letters, excessive quoting, as well as "forum wars" and "flame", messages of a provocative nature aimed at insults and inciting conflict are prohibited.
Punishment: from warning to temporary account ban for 7 days.

7.2. Explicit or indirect advertising of third-party projects and any anti-advertising of the server is prohibited.
Punishment: from temporary account ban for 30 days to permanent account ban on the forum and in the game.

7.3. Direct or indirect advertising of sexual services and/or erotic (pornographic) materials, publishing images containing offensive and indecent content, violating generally accepted moral and aesthetic standards, forum rules or game rules, laws is prohibited.
Punishment: from temporary account ban for 10 days to permanent account ban.

7.4. Communication on the forum in a language other than Russian is equated to flood and punished accordingly. Partial use of foreign languages is allowed in individual cases, in the corresponding international sections of the forum, and at the discretion of the Administration. An Administration representative has the right to temporarily restrict forum access to users using foreign languages for forum communication and specifically causing negative reactions from other players.
Punishment: from warning to temporary account ban for 14 days.

7.5. Publishing any private information without prior consent (photographs, personal data, private correspondence, any kind of videos, etc.) is prohibited.
Punishment: from warning to temporary account ban for 30 days.

7.6. Creating topics about buying, selling, or exchanging various in-game items, services, characters, bypassing standard in-game systems such as "black" market auctions or character auctions, in any form is prohibited.
Punishment: permanent account ban on the forum and in the game.

7.7. Impersonating the Administration or a trusted person of the Administration is prohibited.
Punishment: from 30 days to permanent account ban.

7.8. Violation of forum sections and subsections rules is prohibited.
Punishment: from warning to temporary account ban for 7 days.

7.9. Creating topics, messages describing methods of obtaining benefits through the use of bugs\exploits is prohibited.
Punishment: from warning to permanent account ban on the forum and in the game.

7.10. Religious, anti-religious, and any political propaganda and agitation are prohibited on the project. Speeches, any images, quotes, etc. of nationalist, fascist, and racist nature are prohibited.
Punishment: from temporary account ban for 30 days to permanent account ban.

7.11. The use of profanity and insulting users is strictly prohibited. Screenshots or links to pages containing profanity are considered veiled profanity.
Punishment: from warning to temporary account ban for 14 days.

7.12. Threats in any form towards forum users are prohibited.
Punishment: from warning to temporary account ban for 14 days.

7.13. Advertising of online earnings, posting messages containing referral links, or links to pages with malicious programs is prohibited.
Punishment: from 30 days to permanent account ban.

7.14. Leaving messages containing excessive amounts of emoticons/stickers/images (including screenshots) is prohibited. Only small images are allowed (size up to 800x600 and volume up to 600 KB), excluding screenshot contests and topics for which the allowable image size is specified separately. If you want to insert more images, provide links to them or create previews.
Punishment: warning.

RULES ADDENDUM
- These rules may be supplemented or changed without notice.
- In case a user commits an act that clearly causes damage to the project but is not directly specified in the rules, the Administration has the right to impose a punishment adequate to the committed act (up to account deletion and game account ban), with possible subsequent amendments to the rules.
- For multiple violations of the rules, the Administration reserves the right to increase the punishment period up to permanent account ban.
- The forum Administration's decision is final and not subject to appeal.
- A forum Moderator or Administrator may make a remark about your signature formatting. If the set requirements are not met, the entire signature is deleted, and the user receives a profile ban for 3 days.
- The Administration has the right to edit, move, close, as well as delete messages and topics that do not comply with the forum rules.
