Dear players! The first week of the project has come to an end, and we would like to sum up some results. The launch of the game servers was overall not bad, but everything was not as smooth as we would like. Since the opening, we have been under unprecedented pressure from the outside, and attacks have not stopped for several days. But we managed to survive and not close the project, and what’s more, we didn’t even postpone the opening, and in today’s realities this is already an achievement - at least that’s what our players say.
We received important information about the state of protection, strengthened it, and for several days now the uptime of game worlds has been 100%, which exceeds the figures for some other, larger projects. Therefore, no matter what they throw at us, Argast will always survive and turn the situation from a problem into an advantage.
Having sorted out the restoration of stability, we distributed generous compensation to our players, as this is our responsibility and duty to all of you. And we are sincerely grateful that you chose us, and continue to play on our servers and support the project every day with words and deeds.
Now all the efforts of our team will be aimed at improving the quality of in-game content - all information about problems collected through bug reports is being studied by our developers, most of the fixes have been successfully completed. We ask everyone to continue to write about technical difficulties, we will not miss anything.
At the same time, work is underway to completely restore the services of your personal account, since, unfortunately, these systems took a hard hit during the attacks on the site. And besides this, we will release a new launcher - more stable, with working functions and fast loading. Once this is done, the project will focus on working with the community and returning to high online performance, as it was at launch, or even higher.
